Raw food has been slowly making an impact in our diets. I really like it but I do struggle to get my kids to eat some of it, I don’t have this problem with this bites, they are scrumptious and so easy to make

(With a hint of orange)
100g cashew nuts, soaked 30 minutes in water or Koko milk
100g dates, pitted
25g raisins or sultanas
1/2 tbsp cocoa
Rice flour to add consistency so as much or as little as needed
Orange juice or orange zest for flavour, optional

Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and whizz until well mixed.
Once mixed shape into rolls, you may need to use some rice flour if the mixture is too sticky.
Cover each roll in cling film and store in the fridge till ready to eat.
