Chicken soup with Zoodles – Value Meal

Easy choice for dinner tonight.

I simply warmed up the lovely chicken stock I cooked yesterday and checked seasoning. I did add some vermicelli pasta because I wasn’t sure the boys would eat the zoodles but I didn’t need to worry, they loved them.

I made some zucchini noodles with the spiralizer, best gadget I have bought in a long time, there is a post about it on the blog. You could cook them for a few minutes but as I wanted to leave the noodles as raw as possible I removed the pan from the heat straight away.

Served with crispy chicken breast strips 😋
