Day 1 – Juice 1
Let’s start the week with a proper greenie.
To be totally honest being a Monday and after a weekend with the wolves at home (meaning the kids), the choice of fruit in the fruit bowl is quite limited so the only option is to raid the fridge drawer.
Apple, stalk removed
Celery, leaves and all
Cucumber, leave skin on if it is organic
Kale
Lime, peeled
A very cleansing, refreshing juice. Serve it over ice or diluted with some water if you find it too strong
