I was so pleased to find whole coconut in my local supermarket yesterday. And only £1 each, what a bargain! I did feel a bit silly saking them all to hear the water inside but it was worth it!!
Use the fresh coconut water to soak some muesli and chia seeds while you prepare the other fruits
Peel and slice 2 oranges, 1 small banana and 1 kiwi
And blend together with the muesli, coconut water, some maca powder and freshly grated coconut meat
A very healthy, filling breakfast to help with a busy day
Or an afternoon snack to refuel after a workout!
