I had never until today have some fresh papaya, I have had it mix with other juices already but never the whole fruit. Maybe it is the fact that I normally shy away from very sweet fruit mainly because I don’t like anything very sweet but I am learning that combining with other fruit and vegetables they are LOVELY!
What I didn’t know about papayas is that they are not only low in calories but also very good for you, especially good if you have digestion problems.
Flesh from 1 papaya
1 small banana
1 handful of frozen strawberries
1 small glass os coconut water, I love “Vitacoco”
Blend till smooth, this makes 2 medium glasses. Perfect for a post workout pick me up!
