7 days – 7 juices
For my last juice/smoothie of the series I wanted to try something new. I have a busy day today starting with a mad rush to the gym so I took my breakfast with me and drank it in the car on the way there.
I got the recipe from one of Jason Vale’s books, “The juice Master”. He uses pineapple but I didn’t have any so I replaced it with orange.
Juice the apple and orange and blend in the banana, tahini paste, yogurt, honey and some ice and you are ready to go!
The natural sugars will provide plenty of carbohydrates to fuel the body for a great morning workout
