Green is best!!

Day 2 (and a half) of a month long “detox”. Not an easy thing to do when you love eating, cooking, reading about it, watching it on tv… But I am sure it will be worth it :-/

This morning I felt like a proper green super smoothie.

Juice of 2 apples, 1 pear, 1/2 cucumber, 2 celery sticks, 1/2 lime, bit of ginger and blend in with 4 spinach ice cubes, hemp protein, chia seeds and flax seeds

And serve in a tall glass any silly way of your choice 😜
