7 days – 7 juices
Day 3
Not much time this morning to leisure over a juice/smoothie so a quick H2O juice ready to take to the gym.
A hydrating juice and an excellent natural diuretic, good for nails, hair and skin and antibacterial.
A real treat to drink before, during of after a workout.
First Juice:
1 beetroot
1 apple, Golden or Gala
1 thick slice of cucumber
1/4 lemon, peeled
Add about 1/2 litre of filtered water…
Lovely drink to have during my workout and from my new glass gym bottle it tasted even better!!
