Who would have thought this would be one of my favourite ‘cold weather’ breakfasts.
30g porridge oats (organic and 100% natural)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Koko dairy free milk
1 pear (peeled and sliced)
Sultanas, bee pollen and goji berries
Cook the oats gently in the water, as it starts going dry add the milk. Stir with a wooden spoon untill it gets to the consistency you like.
Top with the rest of the ingredients.
